President/CEO

Dr. Mordi brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. She holds degrees in the following: Master’s in Business Administration from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and RN from Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) in Rochester, MN. She had her postdoctoral fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She was an assistant professor at Bemidji State University in Minnesota and later joined Mayo Clinic as an associate consultant. Her wealth of experience and talent has been a factor in the tremendous growth of the company and her passion for excellence is the driving force behind the ambition of the company.
Pastor Michael Mordi
Vice President

Vice-President and Co-Founder Pastor Mordi is also the Founder and Senior Pastor of Wind & Fire International Christian Center in Rochester, MN. Pastor Mordi holds a BA in Pastoral Leadership from Crossroads College in Rochester, Minnesota. His passion to promote and develop entrepreneurial opportunities has been one of the major driving forces in the success story of the company so far. His desire and strength will also be an important asset in taking the company to the next level.

Mark Kellen
Chief Financial Officer

Mark Kellen is the Chief Financial Officer at International Quality Homecare, where he manages the company’s finances and plays an integral role in the expansion of the company to new markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Philosophy from St. John’s University in Collegville, Minnesota. Prior to joining International Quality Homecare, Mark spent fifteen years holding various executive positions in several industries, giving him great versatility in the always changing health care industry. His strength is driving growth while remaining fiscally responsible. Mark is excited to ensure the continued mission of all affiliated companies by promoting sound, strategic financial decisions. Mark resides in Rochester with his daughter, Olivia.

Leslie Williams
Director of HR & Communication

Leslie Williams holds a Masters of Arts in Management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Winona State University. Prior to her current role, she worked as the Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager since joining the company in 2008. She is experienced in every aspect of human resources-related topics and various employment and labor laws. Her relentless passion has been of significant value to the Human Resources department and the organization as a whole. Prior to her employment with the company, Leslie served on active duty with the United States Navy for six years.

Dean Smith
Director of Technology

Dean Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Michigan State University/Saginaw Valley State University. Dean is an experienced independent contractor providing computer services for personal and business systems. He has background in graphic arts services, among others. His experience in IT Management includes System Administrator, Domain Administrator, Data Administrator, SQL Administrator, Network Administrator, Software & Hardware Technician, Exchange Administrator, and IT Help Desk. Since he became affiliated with the company in 2004, his diverse working background has been an asset.
