Career Requirements
For Minnesota and Wisconsin
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): RN candidates must complete a two or four year nursing program and LPN candidates complete a 12-18 month practical nursing program. Both RN and LPN candidates must pass the state licensing examination.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Candidates must be a high school graduate or GED and have appropriate educational background as required by state regulations.
- Experience in Homecare or Nursing: Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and Empathetic Nature: Commitment to providing top-notch care and emotional support to clients.
- Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to client homes within the service areas.

Clinical Careers: Requirements

- Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy: A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from an accredited program is required as per state regulations.
